Message To Him That Opposes

We shall defend our island, whatever the cost may be, we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender. -Winston Churchill

In the midst of our every day lives, there is a spiritual war that rages on. Often times, we become so accustomed to our routine that we fail to notice the effects of the raging war at hand. We have become desensitized when we see another drug addict or kids speaking and participating in things that is sacred by marriage only or laws passed that allow evil to reign unfettered, without boundaries.

We have come to a time like no time before. Perilous times are here. The love of many has waxed cold. The generation of the unthankful live and breathe among us. Evil is called good and good is called evil. The time of great opposition is here and there is no end in sight.

If there has ever been a time for the people of God to make up their mind, it now. We are at an exciting time in our life. We has been privledged to be apart of what will be the greatest revival known to mankind.

But there is a cost.

It will call for men and women of all ages to fight. Fight for good morals. Fight to maintain Holy. Fight to withstand. Fight to breakthrough.

There cannot be surrender. No compromise. No backing down or moving. Not one inch.

When the enemy attacks the finances, tithes and offering mud still be given. When ignorant family and friends leave the walls of safety, we must press forward and not look back. When the government demands and passes laws that are contrary to sound doctrine, we must stand unswayed.

The opposition will continue to come. It will not relent. Therefore, we must not relent. The only way to oppose the opposition, is to push harder than we are being pushed. It's not strength or speed but endurance that will get us through this.

God is faithful to complete what he has started. Rock bottom puts us in the torn shoes of Job. But God reminded Job of all that He did on His own.

In the midst of it all, Hell will not prevail but God will prevail. Revival fire will burn like wildfire and consume the world. Lost, bound, demon possessed, afflicted, sick, dead, inprisoned, addicted and words like such will be adjectives used in the testimony of the people of God regarding what they were before redemption blood cleansed and the Spirit of God filled them.

This Godly heritage and truth is ours. Passed down to us by elders that have received their stripes on the battlefield. Elders that fought for this truth on their knees in prayer and fasting. Who sought to please God and not man.

Let this echo loud and clear through the walls of Hell's kingdom and in the ears of the enemy:
We will defend this truth. Whatever the cost may be. We will defend it on the beaches, we will defend it on the landing grounds, we will defend it in the fields and in the streets, we will defend it in the hills; we shall never surrender.

Update of the Lately

Ok. So this is more than anything for a certain someone that is dying for me to post something new on my blog about what has been going lately.

I have been SUPER busy. Work got really busy and hectic as usual at the beginning of the year. Then, I spent Valentine's Day in Southeast Texas and in Lake Charles, Louisiana with my girlfriend. On top of all that, we have been having serious revival!

For so long, we had about 35 consistent in church each service. We would get into the high 40s but never break 50. That was until a couple weeks ago. We went from 35 to 48 to 53 in like one week! And to top it off, the next few services after, we CONTINUED to break 50 and even past 60 a couple times. God is moving!! We baptized 5 last week in Jesus name. And we got 75 in our sights!

So. It's 2:30am and I should be asleep and believe me, I AM going to sleep here in a couple minutes but I want to update curtains Oakies about what's been happening for Landmark Apostolic Church in Phoenix, AZ! (BTW. I may have to wait till Summer Heritage to get the preaching from Winter Heritage of Bishop Howard. So, Kristen, be easy of Brittany. She's got her own Texan keeping her busy these days ;) lol)

Until the next post...probably a year from now lol

Acts 2:17 Revival

And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy... Acts 2:17

Early Wednesday morning, my pastor and I flew to Tulsa, OK. We switched planes in Salt Lake City. When we got off the plane, pastor gets a text from Sis Myers and she was telling of two separate dreams that both their kids had.

Carissa came into Sis Myers room and told her she had a dream that we were having prayer meeting and all of a sudden, it started to get hotter and hotter in the church and as we continued to pray, the church caught on fire!

Brett comes in later that morning and tells Sis Myers that he also had a weird dream. We were praying in the church and all of a sudden the houses surrounding our church caught on fire!

Had you asked me at one time, if that was a coincidence, I would tell you that it was. But I've been in church for almost 23 years and I know NOTHING with God is coincedental. Especially since the day before, we had someone come by and tag our church walls and van with 666 and other satanic symbols. Now it backfired cause people stopped by from the neighborhood and voiced their disapproval and anger (at least they notice our church and where they can go to find God) and we got our church van waxed and detailed for $40!

That being said, along with MANY things that have happened to our church members, our church itself, pastor and his family, etc. we know without any doubt that satan is fighting the inevitable.

We are a prayer meeting away from REVIVAL!

We had 21 visitors this past Sunday. All of which were in the alters crying and praying during alter call.

I said it to Pastor at the motel last week, the Bishop confirmed it and Pastor heard from God in prayer that those dreams were prophetic in that they are telling of future events that will take place when the church begins to pray.

Landmark Apostolic Church is going to grow. The surrounding neighborhoods are going to catch on fire with the Holy Ghost, the remodel we are fixing to start is going to end up being not optional but mandatory and the gates of Hell shall not prevail against the church that is built upon this rock!

To God be ALL the glory.

ADMIT 2012

This is, more than anything, for the Tulsa kids that apparently read my blog (and here I thought I was just writing and no one was reading it).

ADMIT is over but it will not be my last year I attend. God truly blessed me this trip allowing me to fly out to Tulsa round trip all expense paid trip not to mention being able to hang out with Bishop Howard, Bishop Garret and Pastor Myers all day Saturday. It was probably the best part of the trip outside of the messages. Hearing the alligator hunting stories from Bishop, Lanna Thai (yummmmmmmmmmm) with Bishop, Bishop, and Pastor, learning Oakie Speak from Bishop Howard, having a peppermint candy all of a sudden chucked at my face at 205 mph by Bishop Howard to test my reflexes. Gods so very good to me. This boy don't deserve crumbs off the masters table. The services. The messages, good Lord, were power packed and definitely changed me for the better for my ministry. Messages that reminded, that challenged, that pricked me to go find a corner and pray till I gained Gods grace. Capped all off with Bishop Garrett preaching what has been driving him lately even back at home... Good ol raw, stripped, uncut, blunt, straight forward DOCTRINE. Who we are and what we are and not to forget it as we go back home and have revival.

Tulsa church, thanks for the hospitality, accommodations, fellowship, food, endless amounts of peppermint candies in the foyer. Thank you for rescuing me at Chili's Friday night. WHY DO WE ALWAYS WAIT TILL THE VERY LAST OF A MEETING TO TALK??? Sheesh. Maybe at Heritage or...Youth Camp (yes I am considering it, Tulsa Youth for Truth) we will be able to talk more Day ONE so that when we part ways, we will have memories to share with our grandchildren and great grandchildren and..well maybe that's a little too far.

Kristen, Brittany, Jonathon, Trenton, Darren or Adam or whatever, Texas dude.. Travis???? .. this post is so that you can have something new or from this year at least to read.

Until we see one another again!

Btw, side note, ps... I have never seen so many trees in my life. I know there is more as you go South but I'm a country boy in desert land, we don't have trees like Tulsa has trees.

I approve.
